2.Customized products,we will confirm with our customer first.
3.Products requested for exchange by our customers before dispatch.
We cooperate with DHL/UPS/FEDEX/EMS and many special lines to make delivery fast and efficient.All the products are estimated to arrive in 5-7 days if our customer choose sent by DHL/UPS/FEDEX.If our customer choose the special line,the products will arrive in 4-10 days.
During the epidemic period,all the express will arrive a bit later,for specific time,please subject to the announced time by the official website.
Because of the epidemic,some countries or places may be not reachable,we are so sorry we have to make full refund at our quickest time.
There are some very remote areas,our express may ask for a very expensive fee,our customers can voluntarily choose a full refund or pay for the extra freight cost.The refund will be sent in 1-2 working days by the original payment method.
